Rehiring!

If you're about to rehire an employee with an inactive user profile in Hailey, there's now a convenient option available: the "rehire" button on their profile. This initiates a seamless rehiring process, similar to new hires, with a streamlined approach. Instead of generating a new user profile, it revives the existing one. This allows access to previous work history while directing the employee to the preboarding portal to update any necessary new information. 

Incorporating these types of processes into seamless workflows significantly enhances user-friendliness. You should simply just follow the flow, but if you require guidance, please refer to our user manual available here.

Custom Fields in the Preboarding Portal

Over the past months, we've systematically introduced a range of new features to our preboarding portal, aiming to enhance the preboarding experience by automating the process. Our most recent addition is the integration of custom fields into your hiring templates, enabling you to request specific information from new employees. This information seamlessly populates the custom fields in their digital employee file, streamlining the process. Essentially, all necessary information required before an employee's first day can now be conveniently completed in advance, ensuring GDPR compliance. Om du ska återanställa en anställd med en inaktiv användarprofil i Hailey, finns det nu ett smidigt alternativ tillgängligt: ​​"Återanställ"-knappen på deras medarbetarkort. Detta initierar en sömlös återanställningsprocess, liknande nyanställningar. Istället för att skapa en ny användarprofil återupplivar vi den befintliga. Detta ger tillgång till tidigare arbetshistorik samtidigt som den anställde dirigeras till preboarding-portalen för att uppdatera all nödvändig ny information.

Egna Fält i Preboardingportalen

Under de senaste månaderna har vi systematiskt introducerat en rad nya funktioner till vår preboarding-portal, i syfte att förbättra preboarding-upplevelsen genom att automatisera processen. Vårt senaste tillägg är integrationen av egna fält i  anställningsmallar, vilket gör att du kan begära specifik information från nya medarbetare. Denna information landar sedan i de egna fälten på medarbetarens medarbetarkort, vilket effektiviserar processen. I huvudsak kan all nödvändig information som krävs innan en anställds första dag nu enkelt fyllas i i förväg, vilket säkerställer efterlevnad av GDPR.
