Every sprint, we roll out a bunch of new updates that are visible on the platform, but we also put a lot of work into fixing the things you can't see, like reducing loading times and addressing vulnerabilities discovered during our regular penetration tests. We cover it all in this latest product update.

Last sprint, we released the feature that allows you to create various folders to organize documents associated with your employees. This sprint, we have continued to work on this and have compiled all documents into a single list. You can find it under HR-Hub, where you can easily overview and filter documents, folders, file types, and employees. The data we make available in the list includes:
We have added an additional option for accessing these folders that allows employees at higher organizational levels to access the documents.
For example, my boss's boss and my boss's boss's boss can have rights to see documents about me, but only my boss should be able to modify the document!

New login page
At some point next week, when you log into Hailey, you will notice that the login page has a new design. It is not only sleeker but also clearer. Whatever login option you use, the choice is more intuitive!

To enhance the security of contracts sent for signing via Hailey, you can now require each signing party to verify themselves via BankID in order to open documents from the email. This is only applicable to those with Swedish BankID and also requires each signing party to have Swedish BankID. You can enable this feature in the contract templates under general settings.

Twice a year, we conduct regular penetration tests, i.e., we pay people to try to break into Hailey. This is part of our security procedures. Sometimes we find vulnerabilities, which allows us to fix them before they cause any harm!
Every sprint, we have a whole team working on fixing bugs. When there are no bugs, we fix other things that enhance the experience on the platform. Recently, we have focused on reducing loading times in the employee list. For smaller clients, this makes no significant difference, but for those with, for example, 400+ employees, we load the data much faster, and the loading times are simply shorter!

Ny inloggningssida
Någon gång under nästa vecka när ni loggar in i Hailey kommer ni se att inloggningssidan har fått ny design. Den är inte bara snyggare, men också tydligare. Vilket inloggningsalternativ ni än använder är valet mer intuitivt!

För att öka säkerheten av kontrakt som skickas ut för signering via Hailey, kan ni nu kräva att varje signeringspart måste verifiera sig via BankID för att öppna dokument från mailet. Detta gäller bara de som har svenskt BankID, och kräver också att varje signeringspart har svenskt BankID. Ni slår på den här funktionen i kontraktsmallarna under allmänna inställningar.

Det som inte syns, men som gör Hailey bättre, och säkrare
Två gånger om året gör vi regelbundna penetrationstester, dvs, vi betalar folk för att försöka bryta sig in i Hailey. Det är en del av våra säkerhetsrutiner. Ibland hittar vi sårbarheter, vilket ger oss möjlighet att fixa detta innan det gör någon skada!
Varje sprint har vi ett helt team som jobbar med att fixa buggar. När det inte finns några buggar, fixar vi annat som förbättrar upplevelsen i plattformen. Det som vi haft i fokus senaste veckorna är att minska laddningstiderna i medarbetarlistan. För mindre kunder är detta ingen större skillnad, men för de med t ex. 400+ medarbetare läser vi in datan mycket snabbare och laddningstiderna blir helt enkelt kortare!
