Viktigt meddelande – Signerbara dokumenten och bilagor behöver flyttas

Vi har gjort uppdateringar kring signerbara dokument och bilagor och var dessa bor i systemet. Detta för att göra det smidigare för er framöver. Följ stegen nedan:

• Alla signerbara dokument och bilagor till kontraktsmallar behöver laddas ner från Inställningar --> Dokument och bilagor laddas upp på nytt under Kontraktsbibiliotek --> Dokument. Behåll dock dem gamla så meddelar vi när ni kan byta ut dessa i era kontraktsmallar. 

Målstyrning

Vi är mycket glada att kunna meddela att målstyrning nu finns i systemet! Detta ger dig möjlighet att enkelt lägga till, justera och ta bort mål tillsammans med dina anställda! Med den här nya funktionen kan du effektivt hantera mål och följa framstegen.

Fler val av godkännandeprinciper

Vi har möjliggjort fler valmöjligheter när ni ska ställa in godkännandeprinciper för löne- och ledighetsansökningar. När det gäller att välja vem som är ansvarig för att godkänna dessa förfrågningar finns nu alternativen:

• Chef
• Avdelningschef
• Teamledare
• Ansvarig över organisationen
• En eller flera specifika anställda

Signering med digitala ID:n för Norge, Danmark och Finland

Ni nu kan tillämpa norskt BankID, danskt MitID och finskt BankID som signeringsalternativ.

Integrationer och API

Hogia

Hailey har nu en integration med lönesystemet Hogia. För att guidas i hur ni konfigurerar integrationen samt vilka datafält som förs över från Hailey till Hogia, se guide här.

Fortnox

För er som har slagit på integrationen till Fortnox har ni nu möjlighet att addera synkronisering av frånvaro. Detta innebär att godkänd frånvaro registrerad i Hailey numera kan skickas automatiskt till Fortnox tillsammans med anledningen till frånvaron.

Azure AD

Vi har lagt till två nya fält i vår integration med Azure AD, anställningsnummer och chef. Dessutom har vi lagt till möjligheten att stänga av konton i AD om den anställde inte har en aktiv anställning i Hailey. Se guide för hur du sätter upp Azure AD-integrationen här. 

API - Hämta uppgifter om frånvaro

Användare av vårt API har fått ett nytt tillägg - möjligheten att hämta uppgifter om frånvaro. Nu kan ni hämta data om frånvaro (vilken medarbetare och när) som kan användas för integrationer till andra system.

Övriga

• Du kan nu tilldela en uppgift till en arbetsgrupp i Hailey. Uppgiften kommer att vara synlig för arbetsgruppens på startsidan och alla medlemmar i arbetsgruppen kan slutföra uppgiften.
  
  
• Spara din lönerevision som ett utkast innan du föreslår en löneändring. Du kan även exportera detta till excel.
  
  
• Nu har ni möjlighet att ställa in och anpassa anonymitetsgränsen när du skapar en enkätmall.
  
  
• Tidslinjen har flyttat till en egen flik på medarbetarkortet.
  
  
• Behöver du hjälp? Vi har lagt till en länk till vårt hjälpcenter i systemet. Den hittar du när du klickar på din profilbild uppe i högra hörnet.
  
  
• Vi har lagt möjligheten att ge behörighet för att visa och ändra inställningar till Integrationer.

Nästa sprint

Många av er är nyfikna på vad vi jobbar med under kommande sprint, därför testar vi nu att dela med oss av vår övergripande plan för de närmsta veckorna. Förutom punkterna nedan jobbar våra utvecklare hela tiden med att förbättra befintlig funktionalitet.

This sprint we have done a lot! We've launched goals in Hailey and added more options when setting approval principals. You can now also apply digital ID signing for Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Important Information – Signable documents and attachments have to be moved

We have made updates on signable documents and attachments and where they reside in the system. This is to make it easier for you in the future. Follow the steps below:

1. All signable documents and attachments to contract templates need to be downloaded from Settings --> Documents and attachments needs to be re-uploaded under Contract repository --> Documents
2. Update your contract templates with your "new attachments" now uploaded in the correct location

Goals

We are very happy to announce that goals is now available in Hailey! This allows you to easily add, adjust and delete goals with your employees! With this new feature, you can effectively manage goals and track progress.

Approval Principals

We've enabled more choices when setting approval principals for salary and time off. When it comes to choosing who is responsible for approving these requests, there are now more options:

• the manager
• head of department
• team lead
• head of organization
• specific employee(s).

Signature with digital ID for Norway, Finland and Denmark

You can now use Norwegian BankID, Danish MitID and Finnish BankID as signing options.

Integration

Hogia

Hailey now has an integration with the Swedish payroll system Hogia. For guidance on how to configure the integration and which data fields are transferred from Hailey to Hogia, see the guide here.

Fortnox

For those of you who have switched on the integration with Fortnox, you now have the option to add synchronization with time off. This means that approved time off registered in Hailey can now be automatically sent to Fortnox along with the reason for the time off.

Azure AD

We have added two new fields to our integration with Azure AD, employee number and manager. In addition, we have added the ability to decommission an account in AD if the employee does not have active employment in Hailey. See the guide on how to set up the Azure AD integration here.

API - Retrieve time off data

Users of our API have a new addition - the ability to retrieve time off data. You can now retrieve time off data (on which employee and when) that can be used for integrations to other systems.

Other Updates

• You can now assign a task to a task force in Hailey. The task will be visible on the home page of the team/working group and all members of the team/working group can complete the task.
  
  
• Save your salary revision as a draft before proposing a salary change. You can also export this to an excel list
  
  
• You now have the ability to set and customize the anonymity threshold when creating a survey template.
  
  
• The timeline has moved to its own tab on the employee card.
  
  
• Need help? We've added a link to our Help Center in the system. You'll find it when you click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  
  
• We've added the ability to give access to view and change settings to Integrations.
