Integration to Kontek

With the integration to Kontek, you can ensure a seamless and GDPR compliant transfer of personal and salary data. At the same time, you save time by automatically synchronizing changes in Hailey to Kontek. Read more about the integration in our guide.

Holiday Balance

This feature will be launched in the system by next week.

For those of you who use Hailey's time off feature, we are releasing holiday balance as a long-awaited addition! It will be easier for your employees to keep track of how many holiday days they have left to apply for, as well as for managers when they grant holiday to their employees.

AI

Now you can make your work even more efficient with the help of AI-generated contract templates! This opens up a completely new door in the digitization of HR. If used in the right way, we believe that AI will be an effective and inspiring tool for various HR processes. Write a few words about the type of contract or policy you want to draft, and Hailey will help you generate a proposal that you can then edit and send out for signature.

Company Goals

Create clear directives and focus so that you as a company can achieve your common goals!

In addition to individual goals for your employees, you can add company goals in Hailey. This has been up and running in the system for a couple of weeks now but for those of you who haven't had time to explore this functionality yet, it's time to do so! Look in the guide here to get started.

Other updates

• Gender is added as a filtering option in the employee list.
• Time report. Overview and export reported time for a selected time period.
  
• We have extended the right for time and time off. If employees have the right to View and Edit time off on their own profile, this means that they can add approved time and time off for themselves. As a security measure, we have chosen to limit the right for all our customers to only be able to view time and time off on their own profile, a right that is good enough (they can still add and remove not yet approved time off). You can go in and activate the ability to View and edit according to your companys needs.

Semestersaldo

Denna funktionalitet kommer att lanseras i systemet nästa vecka.

För er som använder er av Haileys frånvarorapportering släpper vi semestersaldo som ett efterlängtat tillskott! Det blir lättare för era medarbetare att hålla koll på hur många semesterdagar de har kvar att ansöka om, liksom för cheferna när dom beviljar semester för sina medarbetare.

AI

Nu kan ni effektivisera ert arbete ytterligare med hjälp av AI-genererade kontraktsmallar. Det här öppnar upp en helt ny dörr inom digitaliseringen av HR. Använder man det på rätt sätt, tror vi att AI kan att vara ett effektivt och inspirerande stöd för olika HR processer. Skriv några ord om vilket typ av kontrakt eller policy du vill ta fram ett utkast på, så hjälper Hailey dig att generera ett förslag som ni sedan kan editera och skicka ut för signering!

Företagsmål

Skapa tydliga direktiv och fokus för att ni som företag ska nå era gemensamma mål!

Förutom individuella mål för era medarbetare kan ni lägga till företagsmål i Hailey. Detta har varit i gång i systemet i ett par veckor nu men för er som inte hunnit utforska denna funktionalitet ännu är det dags att göra det! Kika i guiden här för att komma igång.

Övriga uppdateringar

• Filtrering på kön i medarbetarlistan.
  
• Rapport på rapporterad tid för en specifik tidsperiod som du kan exportera.
• Vi har utökat rättigheten för tid och frånvaro. Om medarbetare har rättigheten att Visa och Ändra frånvaro på egen profil innebär det att dom kan lägga till godkänd tid och frånvaro för sig själva. Som en säkerhetsåtgärd har vi valt att begränsa rättigheten för alla våra kunder till att endast kunna Visa tid och frånvaro på egen profil, en rättighet som räcker gott och väl. Ni kan själva gå in och aktivera möjligheten att Visa och ändra om det passar ert behov bättre.
