Mobile app updates!

The app is growing steadily. Within a couple of weeks, you'll easily see your holiday balance when applying for time off, and find company news right when you log in! The employee list has also been enhanced with some fine-tuning and UX improvements. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, remind your colleagues to do so - it doesn't get any easier!

Folders with access control and GDPR

We are so happy to release this long-awaited functionality! In a short time, 1-2 weeks, you will be able to add folders under docs on the employee cards.

Ensure that the right person gets access to the right folder and add automatic document disposal based on the upload date or/and the employee's end date.

All your current documents located on each employee will remain but will be moved to the Root folder. However, what you need to prepare for is that the access settings will be moved to the folder settings from Roles and Rights. Did you integrate equipment options into your employment templates? If you did, make sure to automate tasks for those managing orders. This way, no employee will ever find themselves equipment-less on their first day 🩷

Scope integration setup for
Fortnox and Kontek Lön

This is great, especially if you have multiple legal entities that need to be synced to different accounts in Fortnox or Kontek Lön! We have added scoping to the Fortnox and Kontek Lön integrations, which means you can choose to sync different parts of the organization to different accounts in Fortnox or Kontek. You will also get a clear overview of this under Settings - Integrations. Read more in our guides here.

This sprint, we've focused on the career page where your upcoming job postings will be located. Do you have different legal entities or graphic profiles? Great, you'll be able to have different career pages.

Uppdateringar i Mobilappen! 

Appen växer stadigt. Inom ett par veckor kan du enkelt se ditt semestersaldo när du ansöker om ledighet, och du hittar företagsnyheter direkt i appen när du loggar in! Medarbetarlistan har också förbättrats med lite finjusteringar och UX-förbättringar. Om du inte har laddat ner appen än, påminn dina kollegor att göra det - det blir inte enklare!

Aktivera automatiska uppgifter för utrustning!

Enkelhet stavas automatisering här på Hailey. Vi älskar att lägga till de där små detaljerna som gör stor skillnad, och sparar er tid.

Har ni lagt till val av utrustning i era anställningsmallar? I så fall, se till att det skickas ut en automatisk uppgift till den eller dom som tar hand om ordrar. Se till att era nya medarbetare kan komma igång redan första dagen! 🩷

Mappar med åtkomstkontroll och GDPR

Vi är så glada att kunna lansera denna efterlängtade funktion! Inom kort, 1-2 veckor, kommer ni att kunna lägga till mappar under dokument på medarbetarkorten.

Se till att rätt person får tillgång till rätt mapp och lägg till automatisk rensning av dokument baserat på uppladdningsdatum eller/och slutdatum för medarbetaren.

Alla era nuvarande dokument som finns på varje medarbetare kommer att finnas kvar, men flyttas till Rotmappen. Det ni dock behöver förbereda er för är att inställningarna för åtkomst kommer att flyttas till mappinställningarna från Roller och Rättigheter. Scopa integrationer till Fortnox och Kontek Lön

Det här är bra, speciellt om ni har flera legala enheter som behöver synkas till olika konton i Fortnox eller Kontek lön! Vi har nämligen lagt till scoping i integrationen till Fortnox och till Kontek Lön, vilket innebär att ni kan välja att olika delar av organisationen ska synkas till olika konton i Fortnox eller Kontek. Ni får även en tydlig översikt på detta under Inställningar - Integrationer. Läs mer i våra guider här.
